We will not be using anything so formal. We typically like to group with people a few times before we throw a guild invite to a complete stranger. I will also send them to the website to read the "Guild Philosophy". I want to make sure they know exactly what they are in for . I have learned my lesson leading a large raiding guild in WoW. I would rather have a small guild filled with quality people than a larger one filled with asshats. I am social enough that I would make a guild alliance in order to be able to capture an enemy king. The goal is to have a guild large enough to take down the king but not at the expense of of my sanity.
